Delivery Policy

1. Service Overview

  • HYPA provides next-day delivery across Nairobi for restaurants and SMEs, making restocking simple and reliable.

2. Delivery Coverage

  • Zone: All Nairobi postcodes.
  • Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 7 a.m. – 11 a.m.
  • Check Your Address: View the full list of eligible areas on our Service-Area Map before placing an order.

3. Delivery Charges

Basket Value Delivery Fee
KSh 5,000 or more Free delivery
Below KSh 5,000 Fee applies per our delivery schedule

4. Order Tracking

  • Dispatch notice: SMS + email when your order leaves our facility.
  • Delivery confirmation: SMS + email once the goods are received.

5. Self Pick-Up Option

  • Available for orders placed 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
  • Wait for a “Ready for Pick-Up” message before travelling.
  • Bring your order ID to the designated collection facility.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If no authorised receiver is present, goods return to our facility.
  • Customer Service will contact you to reschedule.
  • A redelivery fee applies, regardless of basket value.

7. Partial Deliveries

  • When an item is temporarily unavailable, we ship in-stock products first.
  • Remaining items are delivered later at no extra charge, even if the follow-up shipment is below the minimum order value.
